Set up charges - production time
Classification A=50%, B=45%, Z=Net
- You must furnish black and white, camera ready art (no gray scale or shading).
- Text and logos are to fit inside a 1.25" diameter circle.
- File types in Adobe Illustrator (eps or ai) are preferred. Correctly formatted pdf files are acceptable. We cannot accept jpg or png files.
- Normal copy limit is 80 characters and spaces with a maximum of 100 characters and spaces.
- Change of copy on same order - add $36(A) per change.
- There is no charge for custom copy on side one. Add $36(A) for custom copy on side two.
- $0.80(Z) per bag.
- $80.00(Z) per 1000 with a minimum $25 charge.
- $80.00(Z) per 1000 with a minimum $25 charge.
- Pricing includes printing in Black Ink. For imprinting in a different color add $32(A) per color to the total order. Colors available are: Reflex Blue, Red (PMS 485), Pantone Green, Pantone Purple, Brown (PMS 181), Orange (PMS 021), Maroon (PMS 208), Burgundy (PMS 221).
- PMS Color Matching is available at a cost of $120(Z). Extra processing time should be expected.
- Pricing includes imprinting the same color on both sides. If a different color is used on each side, add a running charge of $35(Z) per 1000 - minimum charge is $25.00.
- Multi-color imprinting on the same side is NOT available.
- The diameter of the wooden nickel is 1.5 inches. Thickness is 1/8 inch.
- The imprint area is 1.25".
- Normal production time is 5-10 business days beginning from the day we receive the Purchase Order and art. We can usually produce your order within one week of receipt.
- For a "less than 10 day guarantee" add a Rush Charge of $25(Z).
- Virtual Proof add $10(A).
- Proof on Wood add a prepaid charge of $30(Z).
- Normal Bulk in one box on orders of 5,000 or less. Call for special packaging pricing.
- Please furnish our invoice number and date, along with your purchase order number and date.
- Re-orders incur the same set up charges as the initial order. Any changes will require the normal set up charges as described on this website.
- The cost of wood blanks is $170(A) per 1000 Minimum order for wood blanks is 500 per order.
- All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Orders are drop shipped (shipped blind) using your return address for no additional charge. Seven pounds per 1000 shipping weight.
- FOB - Factory in Louisiana.
